Requesting the Brown Institute

Before requesting space, please make sure you have read the 'Check for Availability' page.

In your request, you will be required to provide the following:

• Organizer
• Organizer Contact Information
• Sponsoring Group/Organization
• Event Title
• Event Description
• Date
• Event Start Time
• Event End Time
• Estimated Setup Time
• Will food be served?
• Will alcohol be served?
• AV Requirements
• Anticipated number of attendees**

Please note that the maximum capacity of the Brown Institute is 74 persons. If you are anticipating attendance surpassing this amount, please find another venue. DO NOT place a request if attendance will be greater.
