Unless the event is being co-sponsored by the Brown Institute, or you have received written confirmation that we will be helping you setup AV, you must control AV on your own, or submit an AV request.
Before determining the best course of action, please familiarize yourself with the AV available in the Brown Institute. If you plan on controlling AV yourself, please read this guide two weeks BEFORE your event so that you can consult with a member of the Institute if additional support is necessary.
